Key Responsibilities: Executive, EHS

The Executive will ensure a safe and sustainable manufacturing operation at the plant. Key responsibilities include:

• Risk Management: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement control measures.
• Compliance & Certification: Monitor compliance with environmental regulations (air, water, waste). Ensure approval of certifications from Govt. bodies like the Department of Environment and Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defense.
• Policy & Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive EHS policies and procedures. Deliver EHS training programs to employees.
• Incident Management: Investigate accidents, injuries, and near-miss incidents promptly. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Sustainability: Promote energy conservation and sustainable manufacturing practices within the plant.

Required Qualifications
